Marketing datafields

Loyalty automatically creates and populates the following data fields in Dotdigital Marketing.

This allows you to use the loyalty program details in segmentation and personalization to create targeted effective marketing campaigns to your loyalty members.

The Loyalty data fields are all prefixed with LY_ to ensure they do not conflict with any of your existing data fields.

Data field	Type	Description
LY_PointsBalance	Numeric	The member's current loyalty points balance.
LY_JoinedDate	Date	The date the member first joined the loyalty program.
LY_AwardedPoints	Numeric	The lifetime amount of loyalty points awarded Ignores any redemption.
LY_RedeemedPoints	Numeric	The lifetime amount of loyalty points redeemed.
LY_ApplicableReward	String	Claimable reward, where applicable.
LY_PointsExpiration	Date	The next loyalty points expiration date.
LY_ExpirationAmount	Numeric	The amount of points that will expire next.
LY_TierName	String	The member's current loyalty tier.
LY_BirthdayDate	Date	The member's birthday.
